Extensive Training & Development Programs, Workshops, Senior Management Learning Programs of International Standards, Regular Employee Engagement activities, Work-Life Balance, and Performance Management Systems are some of the People Development Practices.

We have niche ‘Policies and Processes’ for all functions including Human Resources. Very similar to our recipes, these processes are developed in a way to cater to candidates joining us across cultures and locations.
